• By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
• If under 18, you may use our website only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

• Our jewellery is handcrafted; slight variations in colour, design, or finish are natural and not defects.
• All prices are listed in INR unless otherwise specified.
• We reserve the right to update prices or discontinue items without notice.

• Orders can be placed on our website or via WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook.
• Payments must be made securely through our trusted gateways.
• Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

• Domestic orders: Delivery within 5–9 business days. Express delivery within 1–3 business days (subject to pincode availability).
• International orders: Delivery within 10–20 business days. Duties and taxes must be paid by the customer.
• Delays caused by logistics providers or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
• Returns/exchanges only accepted for items damaged in transit with proof of unboxing video.
• Refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

All website content including images, designs, logos, and product photography belongs to Ravira Fine Jewellery. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written consent.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of our website or products. Errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability may occur, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund such orders.

• Do not use our website for unlawful purposes or fraudulent activities.
• Providing false information or fraudulent payment details may lead to cancellation and legal action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
