Domestic Shipping (India)

Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
- Average delivery: 5–9 business days (depends on address & payment mode).

Express/Priority at flat ₹350, delivered in 1–3 business days (subject to pincode availability).
- Orders are processed & dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Tracking details are shared via Email or WhatsApp after dispatch.

No Cash on Delivery (COD) available.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide via trusted international logistics partners.
- Delivery timelines: usually 10–20 business days, depending on destination.
- Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight & location.

Duties/import taxes in the destination country are payable by the customer.
Note: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Once an order is billed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges, except for items damaged during transit.
- For a damage/defect claim, notify us on the same day of delivery with a complete unboxing video of opening the parcel.
- After approval, we will schedule a return pick-up from your original delivery address.
- Return the product in original condition with:
- Box and sealing pouches
- Invoice copy
- Any free gifts received
- Items damaged or altered by the customer will not be accepted.

International orders: returns or exchanges are currently not offered.
Refund Policy
- Refund is initiated within 48 hours after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.

Prepaid orders: amount is refunded to the original payment method within 7–8 bank working days after initiation.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Pick-up & Self-Ship Terms
- Return pick-ups occur between 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM on business days.
- If a pick-up is missed, it will be automatically rescheduled for the next business day.
- If pick-up service is unavailable at your address, you may be asked to self-ship the item in its original packaging.
